Prices and shipping costs

Germany: 4,95 € - free shipping from 10 €
EU: 9,95 € - free shipping from 75 €
Switzerland/Norway: 19,95 € - free shipping from 100 €

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax as well as other price components. Additionally to the stated prices, we charge shipping and handling, which depends on the total amount and on the delivery address. 4,90 € inside Germany and 9,80 inside the EU. Inside Germany all orders above 10 € are being delivered freight free, inside the EU all orders above 50 € are being delivered freight free.

Delivery

Each article offered in this shop will be shipped via DHL to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Great Britain, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, France, Italy, Ireland, Denmark, Portugal, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Republic of Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Greece, Iceland.

Delivery time

The delivery times are usually approx. 1-3 business days inside Germany and approx. 3-5 business days inside the EU. After shipment of your goods you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail including tracking information. In the case of delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately.

Payment

The customer may choose to make payment by prepayment, PayPal, online banking, credit card, on account and debit. When advance payment is chosen, the customer will be informed about the bank connection via confirmation letter and after the receipt of payment provided with the goods.

Prepayment

You transfer the total amount (please wait for our automatic order-confirmation via email) under indication of your order number on our bank account. Goods will be delivered to you according to the order confirmation after receipt of money on our account. Please note that your order will be canceled automatically if the amount will not be balanced within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Paypal

When paying with paypal you will automatically be transferred to the secure paypal website. All payment transactions are secured and guaranteed through SSL-Encoding. Please login to Paypal in order to allow payment. In case you are not a registered Paypal member yet you can also sign up and complete your order afterwards.

Online banking

For this method of payment you will need your online banking account and TAN. You can chose between “Giropay” and “Sofortüberwisung” (immediate transfer).

Credit card

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. You will automatically be transferred to the secure payment website. Therefore please have you credit card number, security code (on the back of the card) and, if applicable, you §D secure password at hand. The charging of your credit card account takes place promptly with the assignment of your order.

Debit

When paying by debit you will have to enter your account information into the corresponding form. Choosing this method of payment and entering your information approves the debit authorization. This information will be used to charge the invoice amount from your account.
